- Going completely off the rails on family vacation and not knowing how to recover
- Running kids back and forth from zoo camps to sleepovers and realizing at 4pm they hadn't eaten a real meal all day
- Showing up to backyard pool parties and hiding under a coverup — not feeling like themselves at all
Not "push me to my limits" and not "I'll start Monday." Just… "Help me find my footing again."
